SRADHA as a lead organization ensures that indigenous youth are empowered as decision-makers to protect their health and livelihood and capacitate younger generation preserving and sustaining their culture.
1. SRADHA is an Health NGO. It is engaged in policy research and action research activities in health sector.
2. SRADHA has taken up works in DOTs expansion through research, capacity building and advocacy particularly by engaging private medical practitioners including traditional healers and community based health care providers. It has made a mission to stop tobacco in poor families to stop TB to save millions of lives and the families, women and children affected.

4. Mitigate disruptive impact of COVID19 on essential health care services including TB-HIV-AIDS etc through virtual care interventions
