Mission: To promote and defend the Health Rights of Ugandans' current and future generation using innovative solutions, engage communities, and deliver quality services while focusing on the most marginalised.

Our health programs prioritise diseases of the poor and marginalised. Our work on HIV and TB involves building communities' health systems including incapacitating CHWs to be able to provide quality TB & HIV prevention, care and treatment in underserved areas. We engage in advocacy to scale up access to treatment, address stigma, and build efficient healthcare systems that are responsive to the most vulnerable.

I4DEV engages in advocacy to achieve various issues which include; expand funding for community-based organisations working on TB; stigma and discrimination for TB affected households; integration of TB control activities in community health programs; access to affordable treatment options for marginalised populations especially incarcerated persons, sexual minorities; better workers rights including safer TB free environments in work spaces

TB Care Delivery:
I4DEV delivers TB care services at its three PHC centres in Uganda. In 2021, 145 TB patients were enrolled into care, community sensitisation workshops are held yearly and 200 CHWs are trained in the provision of DOT services.
