Treatment Advocacy and Literacy Campaign (TALC) is one of the many stakeholders in Zambia seeking to contribute to the improved national response of equitable access to Prevention, treatment, care and support of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and those affected by this condition. The organization exists to promote health service delivery and uptake among people especially those living with HIV through rights based approaches and advocacy in Zambia. The organization’s programmes mainly focus on reducing and preventing the spread of HIV and AIDS, mitigating the socio-economic impact of the disease and increasing Prevention access to treatment, care and support for PLHIV and those affected by the HIV/AIDS pandemic in Zambia through advocacy work and provision of treatment literacy information. TALC currently implementing the differentiated Service Delivery DSD the community based model called Community ART Access Point CAAP in eastern province where our Adherence Support Workers ASW dispense ARVs in the community they also dispense TB Preventive Therapy to recipients of care. This why we are interested in TB because it is the number one killer of people living with HIV, also the stock out of TB LAM test in most health facilities has made us to join and advocate for the availability of TB test' |

We take part in HIV and TB drugs quantification every year, also we have Treatment Support Workers who distribute TPT in the community to people living with HIV . |
