Organization Description:
Sustainable Development Foundation - SDF was formed by a group of social activists in 2004. SDF has grown in 17 years as one of the reputable and quality focused Not-Profit Organization of the country. We have Integrated Development Approach and Formal and Non-Formal Educational expertise. We believe in equal rights and dignity of people, irrespective of ethnic, social, religious or political difference, gives priority to meeting the most vulnerable communities, especially education of girls.
SDF registered under societies Act – 1860. SDF is certified by Pakistan Center of Philanthropy (PCP) and Tax exempted by the Income Tax Department Government of Pakistan. SDF has qualified the Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool (OCAT) for U.S. Department of State Strengthening Civil Society Organization (CSO’s) Program. SDF is possess membership Provincial Executive Committee of National Humanitarian Network of Pakistan (NHN) Sindh Chapter, Civil Society Alliance of Pakistan (SUNCSA, Pak), and Child Rights Movement (CRM), Trust for Voluntary Organization, Grow Green Pakistan Network, WWF-Pakistan Green Partner Membership Program.
