Why I am interested in TB? The prevailing crisis/conflict in Cameroon-Anglophone (North West and South West Regions) has caused many people to flee out of their comfort habitat to uncomfortable places. Those suffering from TB cannot take their drugs because hospitals are far from them and the number of TB cases has increased as many people sleep in the forest where there is no shelter and with the coaled many contracted this disease.

What I am doing or planning to do for TB control. I have been trying to identify some TB patients and referred them to the nearest hospital for treatment and I am planning that any TB case that will be identified should be treated free of charge and to make sure these patients have a shelter where they can sleep comfortably and their bodies should be warm because they don't need to be in coal

As a CBO, we sensitize our communities on TB and the need for a checkup. We advise members of the community to seek medical attention if they have a cough that has lasted for more than 21 days, or 3 weeks this may be TB symptoms. We also educate them on the importance of hygiene, two persons should not use the same drinking cup, every member of a family should make sure to own a drinking cup, and If there is an infected person in the family who wants to cough he/she should cover his/her mouth with a piece of cloth to avoid others to be infected.

We follow up on those we have identified and make sure they take their drugs at the proper time.
