Organization Description:
1. Mission:
To aware and upgrade socio-economic condition of the disadvantaged people in Bangladesh such as women, children, people with disability, laborer's and farmers so that they can collectively play the active role to establish a rightful, accountable, and just society and nation.
2. In Bangladesh, 3 lakh 80 thousand people are infected with tuberculosis every year. In addition, a large part of the population does not get tested, so a large part of the population unknowingly carries the germs of the disease. Those who are not diagnosed or do not take medication are at increased risk. If left untreated, each patient can infect up to ten more. According to the World Health Organization, 4,000 out of 5,000 patients are unrecognized. "And there is always the fear that each of these four thousand patients can infect ten people a year.
