TBpeople Philippines Organization Inc. is involved in the NTP consultations since february 2020 after its legal registration. The organization has contributed on several planning strategies for the next global fund budget and other covid mitigation strategy plans. |

Please tell us how your organization will contribute to the Global Plan to Stop TB by briefly describing its involvement in any of the areas of work listed below: |
TB Care Delivery: TBpeople Philippines Organization Inc. after the korea agreement 2018 aims to improve service delivery, demmand generation, monitoring, and evaluation of TB program in the country. The objectives of the organization are:
1.To provide TB literacy, peer support, and CBR Community Based Rehabilitation interventions for treating, post treatment patients and the general public.
2.To provide accessible ICT Information, Communication, and Technology and proper Built Environment for infrastructures from TB service providers starting from the national up to the health center levels.
3.to do strict implementation of WHO ADSM Adverse Drug Safety Monitoring to prevent disability during treatment.
4.To perform as the National federation of the soon to be created city or municipal level TB CSOs. To do representation of KAP Key Affected Population of TB and promote inclusive and accessible NSP National Strategic Planning for the TB program by responsible government agencies and implement GPP Good Participatory Practice on all stakeholders meetings. To help make the TB CSO take part in the Service Delivery, Demand Generation, and Monitoring to Evaluation of the TB program in the country in all levels.
5.To provide capacity building and technical assistance for treating patients and post treated patients on formulation of livelihood programs while on treatment and after treatment.
6.To provide trainings on leadership, local governance, international and local laws and policies on TB and other relative Republic Acts, to give technical assistance in the creation of city or municipal level TB associations and to effectively formulate rights based programs.
7.To give trainings on ACSM Advocacy, Communication, and Social Mobilization by WHO World Health Organization and to have a proper and effective methods of spreading awareness about the disease by the survivors by the use of media or other applicable tools. |
