| 1) Mission of the organisation: Improving opportunities for marginalised communities to engage in sustainable livelihoods and be safe from trafficking through access to information, education, health, training, rescue and rehabilitation as required. Vision: A just society where marginalised communities have equal opportunity to live a dignified life. Motto: Serve until sustain! The children, adolescent girls and women living in difficult circumstances are the target group with thematic area Combat human trafficking and livelihood promotion. 2) During our intervention through research it has been noticed that people suffer with TB due to various reason including affected due to climate change, food insecurity, malnutrition, unsafe migration,unhygienic condition, pollution etc. We create awareness to stop tuberculosis with proper knoweldge, skills, information among marginalised community. As organisation believe on " Little support bring much difference" for high social impact, for creation of healthy, wealthy peaceful environment. 3) Organization create awareness on TB prevention, support and motivational guidance to TB patient for treatment, trained the people on life saving strategies to stop TB and healthy sustained empowered community. Therefore, we are much interested to participate in the mission of Stop TB partnership and get support with technical guidance to work more effectively for marginalised community. Our plan : To stop TB the activities shall be executed with community are: Awareness creation, community mobilization, capacity building, collaboration, Advocacy and research. Due to limited resources we are not able to bring much social impact among the needy poor vulnerable communities. |

| Tuberculosis is an infectious disease which spread through the air from people suffering from TB. It is essential to sensitize the people about TB, its causes and effect to people. The National strategic plan is to elimination of TB in India by 2015. Therefore,our organisation plays significant role to contribute our National TB Control plan through various initiatives at different level to fulfil the basic needs along with ensuring human rights to the marginalised community. Various activities are executed to promote health status of people such as organize workshop, seminar, TB education and awareness raising on TB control. Through these activities we help to detect, testing and diagnosis, active case finding, refer for Anti TB treatment to patient friendly system and social support and also advocacy to receive the nutritional support for patient with TB. The our organisation also work to ensure Right to health that is economic and cultural right of the people. The sustainable development goal 3 Good health and well being is also in front line as without good health the socio - economic, cultural and educational development is not possible for individual, community, state and nation building. |

TB Care Delivery: We have a long working experience with community in the field of health awareness and social development. We are closely associated with the community for planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the developmental projects. To empower the community to be health, wealthy and self-sustained. The youth, women and children are provided information about health diseases. The TB patients living in such rural area where government services have a hard time to reach. Therefore, within communities, the community oriented efforts are helpful to prevent, support diagnosis and treatment through education to the community and health service providers. Our Plan shall be :- 1. Follow the strategy plan of Stop TB partnership and goal of UN declaration and SDG 2. Awareness generation programs through village meeting, seminar, workshop , training program, 3. Develop human resources and build their capacity to work for stop TB 4. Identification of people with TB symptoms and refer to the government diagnostic service center. 5. Empower people with TB and communities advocacy, communication and social mobilization 6. Community participation for Reducing stigma 7. Support to the people taking medicines 8. Social leadership Learning exchange program to stop TB 9. Contribution to strengthen existing health system 10. Networking and Collaboration for Advocacy to improve health service 11. Research 12. Documentation 13. Monitoring & Evaluation |
