| Indus Hospital with technical assistance from IRD is the principal recipient for the Global Fund grant in Pakistan. We are a lead partner for ZeroTB cities in Pakistan. We have several programs dedicated to search, treat and prevent TB in adults, adolescents and children. We are a lead partner in the endTB grant, which is first to provide new TB drugs for MDR-TB in Pakistan and several other countries | |

TB Care Delivery: Created, launched a mass media communications campaign to complement the ZeroTB Initiative in Pakistan. Launched the Kiran Sitara program that works with adolescent school girls to train them on social mobilization, screen for TB in their community and refer people to health facilities and TB camps. Drug-Resistant TB: Part of the endTB consortium that provides new TB drug to MDR-TB patients in Vietnam, Bangladesh, South Africa and Pakistan. New Diagnostics: Was the first organization to scale GeneXpert testing in Pakistan and Bangladesh New TB Drugs: Part of the endTB consortium that provides new TB drug to MDR-TB patients in Vietnam, Bangladesh, South Africa and Pakistan. |
