Our Motto, Your Health. Your Rights expresses what we want to achieve. We aim to have a positive impact on the health and rights of hard to reach and vulnerable populations through advocacy, community empowerment projects, knowledge management, research and innovative technology.

South Africa has a high burden of HIV and TB. HIV and TB co-infection rates are high with over 50% of new TB cases being in HIV-co-infected patients.

We use mobile phone technology to educate and change behaviour. We use toll-free helplines to inform, support, counsel and refer/link to care. We develop and test new approaches to treatment adherence and preventing lost to follow up cases.
