ALL REGIONAL REALIZATION OUT WATCH (ARROW AFRICA) is a Health, Education, human Rights and Development Non-governmental Organization committed to providing quality and affordable health services, raising awareness on the plight of the vulnerable poor persons on topics such as healthy, poverty, education, civic and vote, conflict, human rights violation, HIV-AIDS, gender equality, life skills and stigma reduction; and the techniques ranging from peer education to creative uses to communication skills in slums.

ARROW AFRICA recognizes one of the most outstanding recommendations of the ( ICPD)-International Conference Population Development—Cairo conference 1994 every government should strive to provide to 20% of the poorest, 20% of the moderately poor and 20% of the middle class in order to attempt to getting closer to the Millennium Development Goals:-

Reducing child mortality
Improving maternal health
Combat HIV/AIDS, Malaria, sexually transmitted infections and other diseases.

ARROW AFRICA has been operating as ARROW WEB COMMUNITY HOSPITAL since 2005 in 2 room’s rental house, registered with Kenya medicine and dentist board. One year later the community demand for the services increased and the space was limited and the members saw the need to move for spacious rooms it was moved to 11 store house within the slums in 2006 and in 2007 it is was registered as community hospital In 2008 the service seekers population increased and the hospital was forced to move bigger and more spacious rooms in order to accommodate the population adequately and effectively and it was at this point it was moved to 20 rooms store in the same year and it could now offer both in/outpatients services.2014 members thought that the need to register an NGO to serve wider area in both Kenya and Africa at large and the NGO to run ARROW WEB HOSPITAL as part of the project hence ARROW AFRICA NGO was born and registered under National NGO coordination Board ACT of 1990
