Specifically, TCF is more focused on partnership to engage in care and support for PLHIV and HIV/AIDS/TB education geared towards behavioral change.
We are on a mission so as to be in the vehicle that comes to contribute to a world that create equal opportunity for the most vulnerable in a highly stigmatizing global village
It is important to note that we have implemented TB-HIV Co-infection sensitization project among all heads of PLHIV associations in the whole of Greater Accra Region of Ghana. It also involved screening and referral of cases to facility for further treatment services. We will collaborate with the National TB Control Program to fight TB in the very vulnerable communities of our nation Ghana. We will do this through human capacity building, community referral systems strengthening and monitoring of cases on treatment especially among PLHIV. We will also fight the right of women on property and inheritance in the context of HIV and AIDS.
