Care and Support for PLWHIV and TB clients
Orphans Vulnerable Children (OVC)
Skill Training for unskilled unemployed women and youth
Girl Child Education
Micro Finance for PLWHIV and Single Parents

Pathfinder's Outreach Ministry uses social mobilization, advocacy, behavior change communication activities to reduce TB-HIV death, stigma and discrimination in rural and remote communities.

TB-HIV:
Advocate for free universal access to TB-HIV total healthcare at the point of delivery.

Declaration of interests:
We are currently carrying out TB-HIV educational projects with funding from The Global Fund through the Ghana National TB Programme. The only problem is having a non-national as representative for Stop TB Partnership Ghana on Global Stop TB Partnership; he does not have full information about Ghanian traditions, norms and customs when its comes to implementation.
