As mentioned above, by empowering individuals affected by TB, and by contributing to strengthen national and local health systems to improve TB outcomes and TB-HIV/AIDS and TB-Diabetes outcomes.

Contribution

TB Care Delivery:
Through national health systems strengthening. Through ACMS, and through the provision of TB-exclusive staff when appropriate. Building empowerment and mobilization and contributing to mitigate stigma and discrimination.

TB-HIV:
PCI has worked with the NTP and National AIDS organizations in Mexico and in India, to improve comorbidity management, and increase testing of TB in people with HIV and testing of HIV in people with TB.

Laboratory Strengthening:
Same as section above.
