Please find below an electronic form for submission of nominations for the NGO Representative Seat on the Stop TB Partnership Coordinating Board. Nominations shall run for 30 days, or from 4 June 2009 and shall close at 5pm CET on 3 July 2009.

Only NGOs found in the Partners' Directory (http://www.stoptb.org/partners/) may submit nominees. NGOs not currently part of the Partnership are invited to join and may do so at any point during the nomination process (http://www.stoptb.org/partners/partner_application.asp). Submissions by NGOs not found in the Partners Directory, or incomplete submissions, shall not be considered.
