South Africa is bracing itself for hosting the FIFA World Cup for the first time on African soil. The whole country is buzzing with expectation for the month long event happening in June/July 2010. Craig David, an avid football supporter and excellent amateur player, took some time out to visit Cape Town's latest attraction, the new 68 000-seat football stadium.

In Cape Town, South Africa, every day after school and homework is done, kids in every street that makes up the sprawling township of Khayelitsha enjoy hours of street football. Craig David counted himself lucky to be invited to join in on one of the kids' games.

Craig David met with children at Pinedene Elementary school in Cape Town. He made the kids feel completely at ease, laughing and joking with them but all the time asking questions and seeking out answers about tuberculosis.

On a visit to Khayelitsha, a township near Cape Town, South Africa, Craig David met with Gladys Jaxa, who is in treatment for multidrug-resistant TB.
