Visa & Vaccinations
Delegates for whom visa requirements apply, please obtain your visa directly at the Indian Embassy in your country. It is your responsibility to obtain any visas or vaccinations which may be necessary for this travel. Attitude will not handle visa arrangements.
The vaccinations recommended for India are Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio, Cholera, Typhoid and Hepatitis A and B. Malaria protection is also advised, in case you intend to travel to different parts of India prior to or after the forum.

Arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport
Upon your arrival in New Delhi, Indira Gandhi International Airport, a host from Attitude will guide delegates to the prearranged transport to the Forum venue. Provided that we receive the exact arrival details through the registration form. The departures will also be coordinated as per the departure details received by the participants. ![]()
Insurance and liability
The organizers are not responsible for individual medical or personal insurance (nor for loss or damage to their luggage and/or personal belongings) and participants are strongly advised to take out their own insurance policies. ![]()
Currency
The monetary unit of India is the Indian Rupee (standard abbreviation: INR) A hundred Indian Rupee is 1.19 EURO and, as of 6 October 2003, USD 2.22. You can exchange currency at the airport or at the forum hotels. ![]()
Weather & Dress
During the forum and the dinners, business attire is appropriate and cultural dress welcome. ![]()

Interpretation
The working language of the meeting will be English. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish will be provided. ![]()
